Our factories in Shanghai, China are strategically located to all major transport centers. We are 70km away from the airport, 70km away from the nearest rail station and 60km away from the highway. We also have a 10,000-square meter warehouse to store our raw materials and finished products. With these facilities, we can accomodate great volume of orders to satisfy customers' demands.

We have five semi-automated production lines. 30% of the machinery used are imported, 70% of them are locally sourced.

The expansion is a result of growing export demand from Oman Cutlery and Shanghai Aman, serving customers across worldwide. The new factory, with a size twice larger than the existing factory. The R&D is conducted in-house with a team of professional and experienced designers. 60% of them have college diplomas and with the remaining 40% having university degrees. On average, they have more than ten years of R&D experience.
The expertise of our team is in product design, computer technology and enhancement of production efficiency. Usually, it takes us 30 to 60 days to develop a new product. We put emphasis on product design, function of the products, material used, production efficiency and cost effectiveness to meet the market trend.

The quality control operations of our company are partially handled by our own QC team and with the help of some subcontracted companies. Our QC team is composed of experienced engineers and production staff who are trained to perform QC inspections. We provide them with useful and practical training programs to update quality system.

All the materials and components are inspected in-house. In the manufacturing process, we place QC as the most important part. From purchasing of materials, production, packaging and pre-delivery, we conduct stringent and vigorous tests to ensure error-free products.

We import most of the high performing materials from Japan, Spain and Germany.

This system could create physical models directly from digital data in hours instead of days. The system is fast, versatile and simple, allowing engineers to produce a range of concept models and functional test parts quickly. The versatility of the machine allows user to make parts quickly for early concept evaluation and testing, painted parts for a finished look, or patterns for casting applications.

The welding robot controlled by computer could complete the work by itself according to our requirement, and do more accurately than people.
