How do I update my Personal Information?
Once you log into your account you can use the menu on the left to update your user profile. You can update the following information:
My Account
1. Personal Information
Here you can add, update and change your name, job title, telephone number, fax number and your e-mail address. After you made the changes click on Save Data to update your information.
2. Change my Login ID
Here you can change your Login ID.
Type in your current Login ID then type your new Login ID and confirm by typing it in again. Click on Submit to save your new Login ID.
Please note that if the new Login ID that you choose has already been taken by someone else, the system will notify you and ask you to choose another Login ID.
3. Change my Password
Here you can change your Password.
Type in your current Password then type your new Password and confirm it by entering it again. Click on Submit to save your new password.
As a security measure AsianProducts advices you to change your password periodically.
How do I update my Company Information?
Under this heading you can update your company information, provide AsianProducts Members with update news about your company and describe your company's OEM policy.
1. My Company Information
Compulsory Information
You must complete all the fields under the Compulsory Information. Your profile will not be updated until you have completed all the fields.
Business Information
Here you enter information related to your business. Please complete the boxes as detailed as possible since AsianProducts Member will browse your profile once you start make sourcing requests or reply to a product alerts. They will find valuable information here about you business.
Since most people browsing through the profiles are serious and eager to conduct business, we encourage you to be as thorough as possible with completing all the fields.
The more complete your profile, the better chance you have in engaging business partnerships.
2. My Corporate Profile
Here you can create your own corporate profile.
You can upload pictures about your company or your products. Please make use of this very useful feature of our website to provide complete information about your company and your products.
Our search engine is very eager to rank detailed profiles higher on the search results list. Also, when internet search engines, like Google and Yahoo! crawl our site they catch the additional information from your profile and also, give your higher rankings on their search result pages.
3. My Company News
Under my company news section, you can add your company's latest news.
Once your company news has been submitted, it is broadcasted on our Website under the Company News Section. This is very useful to keep your clients updated easily, timely and cost-effectively.
You can also upload images of new products or about your company here.
4. My OEM Policy
Update your OEM policy and capability here. You can also upload a picture to illustrate OEM products.

1. My Product Showroom
This page displays your entire product range, both online and offline. Here you can see how many products you have in your online and your offline showroom.
You can not modify your product information of your online products. You first must send it to the offline showroom by clicking on the Send Offline icon. Then click on the View offline products link to modify your products. After modifying the products, click on the Send to online icon to put your products online.
2. My Product Categories
On this page you can view all the product categories that you have selected. The product categories are very important to classify your products. The correct category will allow Buyers to search and find your products and your company under your selected categories.
To add more categories, click on the Add New Categories button to select more categories.
To delete categories click on the trashcan icon to remove a specific category. Please note, before you can delete a product category, you have to delete all products in that product category. If there are no products in that category, you can delete it.
Free Members can only add a maximum of 10 different product categories. Please contact the AsianProducts Service Team to find out how you can upgrade your membership.
If you can not find the appropriate category of your product, please contact the AsianProducts Service Team for assistance.
The product categories you select will also determine the Sourcing Request Alert email newsletters you receive from buyers. Sourcing requests are targeted requests from active buyers looking for specific products they are unable to find on the AsianProducts website.
To stop receiving Sourcing Requests from Buyers simply click the Unsubscribe from receiving sourcing alert email newsletter box to unsubscribe form this service.
3. Add new products
Here you can add new products to your product showroom. Please try to provide as much as possible information about your product to make it easier for Buyers to find your product in our search engine.
All fields indicated with and asterisk (*) must be completed.
Provide your product name, product number, product category and product features and specifications.
Further you can enter all business related details under the Business Information section.
Once you finished, click on the Save Data to upload your new product information.
Next, you will be asked to upload a picture to your product showroom. You can choose either to upload one high quality big picture or to upload three different pictures. All pictures must be in Jpeg format (*.jpg) and it must use the RGB color format.
Large image requirements:
Pixels: 576 x 432
Size: 50K
Medium image requirements:
Pixels: 240 x 180
Size: 20K
Small image requirements:
Pixels: 85 x 65
Size: 10K
To upload the pictures, click on the Browse icon. Your computer contents will be displayed in a pop-up box and you can then find and indicate the picture you want to upload. Once you have selected the picture you want to upload, click on Open button in the Choose File box and your image will be displayed.
When you are satisfied with the picture you want to upload, click on the Upload your Pictures icon on the near bottom of the page.
You can also add a Useful link to your product, indicate the packaging of the product with a picture to indicate the packaging and modify the product specifications. Once all is done, click on the Set to Online link to activate and send your product online.
4. My online products
Here can you view products currently displayed in your AsianProducts online showroom. These are the products that currently shown on the AsianProducts Website. Keep your online showroom updated with new products. Also, you can rotate your online and offline products to give buyers a wider range of product choices.
You can edit the products, images and product details displayed in your online showroom at any time. Please remember, you can only modify/remove/add products in your offline showroom.
First, send the products that you want to modify to your offline showroom. Go to your offline products showroom and modify your products. Once you are done, send it to your online showroom to be displayed on the AsianProducts showroom.
5. My offline products
Here you can view, add, modify or delete products in your AsianProducts showroom.
6. Buyer request replies
Here you can see which Buyers have contacted you regarding sourcing requests. You can view, delete, edit or re-send sourcing requests to buyers you have responded to.
