TRADE TERMS:

For order amount over USD30K F.O.B. Hong Kong.

For order amount under USD30K CIF Hong Kong Price.

DELIVERY LEAD TIME:

1-2 weeks after order confirmation and after receipt of L/C or T/T payment.

MINIMUM ORDER:

MOQ is 50pcs per item or 10% surcharge will be required.

PAYMENT TERMS:

For order value under USD10 K, payment by T/T in advance.

For order value under USD30K, payment by T/T prior shipment.

DOCUMENT PROVIDED upon request:

Either "Certificate of Origin - Re-export" or "Certificate of Origin - The People's Republic of China" will be provided on request.

PRODUCT LABEL:

Factory Standard Label: Standard Label

Customer Private Label: All artwork, film and printing costs are to be paid by customer.

(minimum printing order is 2K per model)

PACKING:

Standard Packing: Standard White Paper Box

Standard Blister Packing: USD0.20/set, with our standard color card

* All moulding and tooling charges for customer special packaging will be on customer account.

Customer color card: All artwork, film and printing costs are to be absorbed by customer.

(Minimum printing order is 3K per model.)

PRE-SHIPMENT INSPECTION:

Goods shall by ready for inspection 2 working days prior to shipment date. Inspection must be conducted in our China factory

WARRANTY:

1. Products returned within the warranty period must been DBK product number & date code and must be accompanied by a monthly RMA form. Products of unknown sources or without valid working will not be accepted.

2. Returned products have to be sent by boat on quarterly.

3. Replacement items will be sent out together with customer��s next order shipment.

4. All delivery costs of the defective batteries to be paid by the customer.
