OUR POLICY
Per our policy:
1.Please explicitly advise of product item number, price and sample. If you have your own brand, package, drawing, logo, QC, sample, hand-feel sample, and color, they are required to send us for confirmation.

2. Payment terms of our energy fabrics: globally uniform procedures: 40% down payment upon the time of placing an order, the remainder 60% to be T/T upon completion of production and before shipment. 100% D/P & D/A is unacceptable.

3.In case of asking for sample: A. The goods priced under USD8 can be free for sample but the customer should be charged with freight; and please inform express account such as DHL , FEDEX, UPS, etc; the sample will be sent out after confirmation of the above-mentioned information. B. If customer places an order later on after we providing samples, we will deduct the expenses of samples and freight from the order amount. C. In case the sample priced above USD8 is required, the customer is asked to remit the due sample charges to us first and the sample will then be shipped upon our finance department confirming receipt of sample payment; in the instance, the freight charge will be processes as per clause B.
