TERM & CONDITIONS :
SAMPLES TERMS :
1.One sample for each style can be arranged with the charge of 2.5 time the quoted price. Furthermore, when you place an order, the sample fee will be refunded in your further order.

2. The freight charge will be billed into customer's account.

3. Shipping cost is payable by customers via freight collect, such as DHL, UPS, FedEx & TNT will be most preferable.

4. Please notify us your express courier account number.

5. For those who do not have express courier account, quoted freight charge should be paid in full and in advance before sending out the samples.

6. The lead time for making samples is around 7-14 days from request to sending from
our factory.

ORDER TERMS :
1. Min. Order : USD10,000 per shipment OR by 20 ft container load for large volume items.
If less than USD10,000 the surcharge of USD 350 handling /per shipment.

2. Packing : single poly bag/suitable quantity to be packed in outer-carton.

3. Remarks : gift box, Inner box, customer logo and hangtag quoted separately.

4. Delivery : 45-60 days upon confirmation of order.

5. Payment : By Irrevocable L/C at sight, or T/T 30~50% deposit in advance & balance upon receiving fax copy bill of lading.

6. Certificate : China-GSP Form A, Certificate of Origin. HK-Certificate of Origin re-export. Only to those countries are applicable.

PLEASE SPCEIFY THE THIRD DOCUMENT ARE ACCEPTABLE ON THE GSP FORM A
AND THE L/C IS AVAILABLE FOR NOGOTIATING THROUGH ANY BANK IN TAIWAN.

WE ACCEPT MOST POPULAR FILES IN PC FORMAT : CORELDRAW, ILLUSTRATOR, FREEHAND & PHOTOSHOP.

OTHER TIPS :
1. RESOLUTION IN 300 DPI, ONE - TO ONE SIZE
2. CONVERT ALL COLOUR AND PHOTO INTO CMYK COLOUR MODE.
3. CONVERT ALL TEXT INTO CURVE TO AVOID DEFORMATION OF TEXT.
4. PDF FORMAT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR PROCESS PRINTING
5. SMALL SIZE JPG, GIF, TIFF AND BMP FROMAT CANNOT PRODUCE HIGH QUALITY OUTPUT.
6. IF FILE SIZE IS SMALLER THAN 2 MB, IT CAN BE SENT VIA EMAIL.

CHANGING YOUR MIND :
YOUR ORDER MAY BE PRODUCED AS EARLY AS 4 WEEKS BEFORE CLOSING DATE OF SHIPMENT. IF YOU NEED TO MAKE MINOR LAST MINUTE CHANGES TO THE PRODUCTS OR PACKING, PLEASE ALLOW AT LEAST 4 WEEKS. HOWEVER, MOST MAJOR ITEMS SUCH AS RAW MATERIAL AND METAL ARE UNLIKELY CHANGEABLE ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED.
