EAGER-A200 consist of crack sealing machine, hand lifter, illuminating facilities and caution light, which are all mounted on the same self-propelled chassis. Honda engine drives the gear motor to provide power to stir motor, asphalt pump and walking motor. Honda engine rotates generator supply power to material hose, thus achieve electrical heating. When the unit is working, it makes forward or backward without traction by hydraulic pressure drive. The self-propelled speed can reach up to10km/h. Illuminating light and caution light is equipped for the sake of construction under poor light circumstance or at night time. It is ideal equipment for pavement crack treatment.

Stirring, asphalt pump, walking, lifting are all adopted hydraulic drive.
3. Hot melting kettle
Hot melt kettle is mainly used for pouring hot melt materials, heating, with capacity of 180L. Feeding port on top of the melting kettle, material loading height of 820mm.
4. Heating system
g. Using Italian Riello diesel burner, indirect heating the material through the diesel oil burner, improving the melting rate, heat evenly and the material is not easy to aging.
h. Heating temperature50 ~ 290 ℃, heating time 30-50 minutes.
Through computer program control, heating stops when the heating temperature reaches set temp., starts into insulation state automatically. When the hot-melt temperature dropped below the set temp., auto-ignition starts heating. So that hot-melt material always stays in the safety heating temperature range. Ensure that the hot melt material in constant safety heating temperature range.
5. Digital control display
Centralized control displays the oil temperature, set temperature and actual temperature of the material.
6. Stirring system
Hydraulic drive stirrer, stepless transmission, vertical spindle 360°, well mixed, fast heating speed, with overload protect function.
