Manual to Select Type
ST-6688 time recorder can only one machine in operation or multiple machine in network, select communication way of RS232 or RS485.How to select the type as follows:
1.Working stand alone, in computer connection when downloading data, suggest selecting RS-232.
2.Network operation, distance12m,need touse RS-485 and need to buy another port convertor.
3.Multiple network operation, need to use RS-485, only buy a port convertor less than 30 machines.
