Application:
The TYA series applied to regenerate and purify various high-precision lubricating oil such as hydraulic oil, mechanical oil, coolant oil, gear oil, Engine oil, Car oil, Motor oil, heat treatment oil and so on.
The TYA series can fast degas, dewater, and remove the impurity, free carbon and the volatile matter (for example ethyl alcohol, gasoline, ammonia and so on). Enhances the oil quality, restores the oil viscosity, augments the flash point and improves the oil cleanness and operational performance. After purification by this machine, the oil has no water and no impurities which can repeatedly reuse in various high-precision lubricating system. Guaranteed the hydraulic system and the dynamic system, the lubrication system normal operation, so the machine is suit for many lines, such as the mine, metallurgy, electric power, transportation, manufactures, machine and so on.

Features:
1. The machine adopt deeply and precisely FH rectangular filtering system and highly polymeric adsorbing material filter element. So the machine have strong ability to filter the impurity, which can filter the particles completely.
2. The combination of coalescing separation and vacuum remove small water thoroughly.

9. The unique degas and dewater system: Using the 3D-Evaporation technical and thin film evaporation, which can separate the trace water, soluble water and gas from the oil quickly by the Multi-level water-oil separation technology.
10. The machine use Carbon fiber infrared heating system which heating oil uniform ad quickly.
