Graphite electrodes and associated nipples are made from petroleum coke and needle coke ,taking the coal-tar pitch as the binding substance, through state-of-art processes of crushing, milling, screening, batching, mixing, extrusion, bake, pressurized pitch impregnation, rebake, graphitizing and machining and finally become a superior conducting material with high temperature resistance and anti-oxidation properties.

Graphite electrodes possess good electrical conductivity and chemical steady. During the high temperature the electrodes can show their strong mechanical property and anti-thermal &shock quality. Electrodes are the best conduct for electricity and thermal. They are widely used in electric arc furnace and refining ladle furnace.
