Artificial stone vacuum pouring production line

1. Machinery type: CH-1
2. Main use: CH-1 series equipment is specially designed for producing viscous fluid products, which mainly produce artificial stone or similar products. CH-1 is able to continuously produce in vacuum circumstance with precious measurement and uniform mix. During the course of producing, the performance is stable, the yield efficiency is high, besides,the energy and content comsumption is comparatively low. Especially in the production of artificial stone products, it guaranteed the stable color, uniform distributing of granule, non-air hole, whose performance over surpasses other artificial stone equipment. One single production line requires 50*4 (L*W)square meters considering the actual situation in workshop, such as ingredients systems, the transportation routes and the length etc.
5. The configuration
One single production line requires two persons in ingredients workshop, one person as the main operation and another two persons in carrying slabs, totally five persons could operate the whole production line.
6. Capacity and quality acceptance criteria
1. Pouring molding slabs with the biggest height error 0.3 mm and the length error 2-3 mm.
2. The productivity of 2.44M standard slabs:20-25pcs / hour; 480-600pcs/ day; over 12,000 pcs/month.
3. Same batch slabs are guaranteed to be without color shading, air-whole, asymmetric distributing in granule (under the condition of standard yield arts).
