Running operation: Gauzes switches are provided at two sides of the machine, controllable, inching, single pick insertion, start, position stop, emergency stop, with automatic inverse running, normal and reverse rotation.

1. Warp stop device
It adopts contact type 6 row electric upper and down warp stop structure.
2. Weft ��selecting device
It adopts a weft-selecting structure with 8 color motivated by dobby in structions,at the middle part, the weft-selecting lever is pulled by a set of horizontal transmission wheels to control the movement of selecting colored yarn.
3. Warp let-off motion
The motion is a positive type in succession move, as main parts ,its involves infinitely variable speed device with rub press type and warp tension feed back device ,it can move synchronism with the pick finding device of the loom ,and make it keep tension permanent.
4. Dobby shedding device
It adopts high speed, 16 shafts satin and heald frame and double-lift halt open shed, able to weave towel and tiny design fabric with cotton and wool.
5. Start device
The machine is activated by 30 KG electromagnetic clutch that features a swift start because the high-speed shaft is directly started by the clutch.
6. Automatic pick finding device
The device can automatically execute the reversion of shed due to weft breakage .Making the warp let-off motion retreat via driving shaft thus reducing the weft crack and crammed marks due to breakage. It can also improve the quality of towel and ease the operation.
7. Weft insertion motion
With flexible rapier, the transmission is effected at the center, ensuring the precision weft insertion. The rapier wheel, rapier head and band are made of high strength, light, wear-resistance materials, fitting for high speed running.
8. Broken weft detecting motion
The machine adopts piezocrystal electronic sensor, during the time of broken or missing weft, it is flexible in sending with machine stopped swiftly meanwhile, it may give signals promptly and the automatic pick finder makes the cloth-fell return backwards.
