cartridge seal (HM212)
It can be used in various processing industries such as chemical, oil refining, pulp
and paper and food processing etc. It is suitable for light hydrocarbon, viscous
liquid, polymer fluid and hazardous gas.
Features:
1) Non-contacting design: form the gas film lubrication between two seal faces
to achieve the high service life and low power consumption
2) Acceptable choked gas leakage: the instant lost of choked gas can be permitted.
When the choked gas pressure recovered from positive pressure, the seal of
GS100 can still continue to work
3) Bi-directional tongue-and-groove, easy installation: cartridge seal with bi-
directional tongue-and-groove to be convenient for selecting the rotating
direction of installation
4) Zero emission in the atmosphere: the input of the choked gas whose pressure
is higher than transferred fluid can make the zero emission environment available
Operating conditions:
1) Temperature: -40 ~ 200XC
2) Pressure: 0~2.5MPa, avoid working in negative-pressure or vacuum conditions
3) Speed: 25m/s
