Gravure printing ink for plastic(outside printing) consists of synthetic resin and alcohol-ester solvent , free of virulent and harmful solvent such as toluene, benzene, xylene and methanol. It is applicable for superficial printing of polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester film and cellophane processed by electric spark on high/ medium/ low speed rotary presses.
Characteristics:
1. Superior printability, stable, high adaptability to print speed. Good ink transferring property and
color repeatability.
2. Varnish has high gloss and is very smooth. Least residual solvent and odor.
3. Even under the condition of high moisture, it doesnt easily turn white.
4. Good low-temperature and freeze resistant and after-tack resistant, not easily turn yellow,
strong adhesion to most aluminum foil, aluminum-coated paper and aluminum carton.
