I Application
This unit is used to produce geo-ribbed drainage network which is one network structure that uses HDPE as raw materials, adds carbon black as anti-Ultraviolet aging resistance via extrusion by special machine head. Two intercrossed ribs forms the drainage passenger with high ability, as well as high tensile strength, can bear higher tensile stress and compressive stress.
II Performance and Characteristics
1. Mould and die of the extruder, the other integral component of the plastic mesh extrusion line, are specially manufactured for its high tolerances and provides an efficient process and flexibility to create the highest quality plastic mesh to meet todays diverse needs
2. Screw and barrel of extruder adopt 38CrMoALA nitrogen treatment so as to prolong service its life.
3. Drive motor adopts variable frequency control which has high speed control precision, wide adjusting range, low consumption and reliable running.
4. Adopting far infrared ray energy-saving heater, intelligent digital automatic temperature controller which has high efficiency and low consumption.
5. A.C. motor &Variable frequency inverter control system durable in hash factory environment.
