Usage:
1.The machine is used to make PP,PE and PS sheet , which are used to produce drinking cups, ice-cream cups, yogurt cups,packing boxes and so on plastic products .
2.This machine is with extruder ,calender ,winder ,and electric control console.The screw and the cylinder are made of high quality alloy steel (38CrMoAlA)with optimum hardness,strong corrosion resistance and long service lifetime after nitrogen treatment. The flow channel in die head is of coat-hanger design and it ensures the even thickness and the smooth surface of the sheets. The circular wate inside the calender brings perfect cooling Effect,mesh changer and the cylinder are separately controlled.
