Suspensory Bottle Washing Filling Capping Machine (SFA-504015 )

Bottle In-feed Screw Shaft and Star Wheel Set
The screw shaft evenly divides the distance between bottles through the star wheel for a fixed speed and fixed distance of input and output. The operation is stable and accurate. This design contains a ¨Jstar-wheel-stuck¡Ò safety mechanism and the machine will automatically stop operating if a bottle gets stuck.
Empty Bottle Inject-washing Machine
The excellent design of the bottle-clip set can closely clip the bottle neck and coordinate with the synchronous running of the inject-washing system to effectively wash the inside of bottles.
Filling Barrel and Filling Valve
The filling tank adopts the exhaust of jackets and pipes to finish the filling operation. Then, the air in the empty bottles will not enter the filling tank, instead by the jackets and pipes, pushing the air into the gas-liquid separation tank. This accelerates the filling work. All the filling valve parts do not have any screw thread composition and are easy to wash.
Capper
The capper has a magnetic non-section torque adjuster. Torque adjustment is easy and screwing cap noise is minimal. The particular cap screwing mould can clip and screw the caps tightly and does not damage the appearance of bottles.
Gas-Liquid Separating Tank
The separation tank is attached to a vacuum pump and sanitary pump. Liquid can flow into bottles smoothly while the air in the filling tank is expelled rapidly by the air-extraction apparatus or the vacuum pump. Little liquid and air in the filling tank drift into the gas-liquid separation tank through jackets and pipes. Liquid will not be pumped back to the preparation tank until the liquid level reaches the sensor limit.
The Cap Feeding Star Wheel Set
It makes use of the star wheel which synchronously revolves with the axle of the capping machine to hook up the cap from the cap discharge tank. Additionally, it has a ¨Jno-bottle, no-capping¡Ò function to replace the old method to take down the caps from the opening of bottle. This avoids the disadvantage of caps falling off and unscrewing.
