The Canneed ??Pop & Tear Tester PTT-200?? has been
developped for testing EO/ RP /SOT/ OVAL ends. The
measurement is microprocessor-controlled. As test result
the POP and TEAR strength appear in the display. Depending
on the holder, ends of various diameters can be tested.
The PTT-200 is easy to use. Install the sample in the End
holder, attach the hook into the ring of the tab. Depress
the ??start?? button. The PTT-200 will then perform the
tests according to the preset test procedures. If the
measurement was successful you will see the results in the
display: POP-force and TEAR-force value. The forces
required transmitted via the RS-323 port.
