AOM-2100F series is a kind of 1000M intelligent adaptive fast Ethernet media converter .It can implement date transmission between twisted pair electrical signals and optical signals (SFP module) which are the two types of network connection media .This type of media converter can extend the transmission distance of a network from 100M over copper wires to 80KM in which there is no help of any other converters.

Compliant with IEEE 802.3 10Base-T, IEEE 802.3u 100Base-TX, IEEE 802.3ab 1000Base-TX, IEEE 802.3z 1000Base-FX Standards.
Provide one 10/100/1000Base-T port with RJ-45 connector, one 1000Base-FX port with LC connector(SFP module) supporting single-mode fiber and single-fiber bi-direction.
Withdrawable SFP slot so that the user can change the converter's function at their choice, such as the working distances.
Front panel Diagnostic LED Indications
Provided 19�� system chassis for up to 14-converter with Redundant Power supply for optional Expansion use
