Marine chart terminal, a new generation product matching with AIS, is designed based on functions of integrated simple terminal and GPS satellite navigation equipment and suitable for high level user market. Except for AIS alarm, this terminal provides much better navigation and assistant navigation.



Functions

1 AIS Relevant

Marine chart terminal can show position and relevant AIS information, including vessels Chinese names of current vessel and around vessels equipped with AIS equipments. Vessels out of coverage area for 15 minutes will disappear from screen.

Vessel list, shown in menu, is lined up according to distances from near to far. It can show information of 200 around vessels.

Marine chart display window, radar display window and navigation window can switch from each other.

There will be collision avoiding indication and audible alarm for vessels in a defined area. Range for collision avoiding alarm, sailing speed and type of ships can be set up. Audible alarm content is **direction** sea mile

MMSI, name, latitude and longitude, alarm time of vessels having made emergency call through AIS can be displayed on screen. Query of alarm list is available.



2 Satellite Navigation

1Marine chart terminal, with basic function of GPS satellite navigation terminal, can make operations such as sailing point, sailing route and sailing traces setup, edit and delete. Markings of place name, beacon, water depth, sand, and shellfish can also be setup and displayed. Customized chart type and color are available.

2Marine chart terminal also provides settings of arrival alarm, out of track alarm, anchor removing alarm, AIS collision avoiding alarm, SOS alarm and function of data smooth setup, magnetic deviation modification setup, distance unit setup, sound on/off setup.
