The DQW2500 is simple to operate and maintain.

Production speed is controlled via a motorvariator.0.98 to4.0 meters per minute. We could adjust the speed as your request, more quickly or more slowly
Maximum Glass width: 2500mm.
Minimum glass size 400mm x 400mm.
Glass thickness is selected through a switch linked to a servomotor and a display.
Top section of the machine can be raised 300mm to allow easy cleaning and servicing.
All wet areas built in stainless steel.
Two separate washing sections (stainless steel) with pumps and tanks.
High pressure fan and air heater for glass drying.
High pressure fan in noise controlling enclosure. (Max 80 dB)
Free standing control console.
