Cutting line: Fast cutting wire The D&T Fast wire Contour Cutter is a versatile machine, which uses an abrasive wire moving at high-speed to enable it to cut complex 2D shapes from a wide range of rigid and flexible foams. These include flexible and rigid PU, EPS, PE, PVC, EVA, Rock wool and phenol foams. All the machines are driven by the remarkable D&T Profiler software, which speeds up the design process and enables the operator to obtain the best yield from the foam block. Fast Wire Contour Cutter has perfect safe system to provide the accident. It include: All Motor will stop when the safety door be opened; Exigency button on both machine and control box for accident; brake system when cutting line broken.
