Inline Drum Filler Model No MG-CW-3T(For 18L mental container)

This machine is specially designed and controlled by check-weight system

from METTLER TOLEDO to better control accuracy, suitable filling liquid

product to high-viscosity product, and it is commonly used to fill 18L container automatically.

The machine includes following constructions:

1). BOTTLE IN-FEED / OUTLET DEVICE)

2). FILLING UNIT:

- Three (3) sets of stainless steel filling nozzle

- No spilling of product onto clean tin can and roller conveyor after using movable

mental cover to cover under the filling nozzle.

- Double-speed filling control mode (When tin can start to be filled, the filling speed is

very high; when the filling almost is finished, the speed will be slowed down through

decelerator control)

- Auto drum positioned equipped;

- METTLE TOLEDO check-weight system

3). CONTROL SYSTEM:

- Omron PLC Control System (Japan brand) with digital screen display.

- On/off switch, start button, emergency stop button, speed adjustment knob.

- Key value input is adopted for filling volume setting and adjusting;

- Dynastic filling volume display.

4). LIQUID TANK&SANITARY PROTECTION COVER (Can be optional):

The best solution is that End-user has a pump to pump the product to our filler;

5) Anti-explosive system can be optional.
