GAMMA E is a broadband optical node designed for HFC networks. Due to modern technology applied in the node GAMMA E supports very high RF output levels with minimal intermodulation distortions and low power consumption. Highly adjustable and confi gurable reverse path in GAMMA E can be either active or passive. Availability of optical transmitters in CWDM technology enables implementation of modern concepts of optical access network. The node may work in a wide input optical power range, which allows fl exible devices implementation in networks of different architectures. The node can be powered remotely and due to the latest technical solutions, GAMMA E has a very low power consumption. Multilevel protection makes the device more resistant to surge and overvoltage and improves system reliability. High protection class IP 67 enables external installation of the devices.
