The machine is used for machine deep and small holes in many kind of conducting material such as stainless steel, hardened steel, hard metal alloy, copper and aluminum. The holes can be holes for pass through wire in CNC wire-cut electrical discharge machine, spray chemical fiber wire hole, spray wire hole in spray wire board, group holes in filter board and sifter board, heat emission holes in van and cylinder body of engine, oil circuit holes and gas circuit holes of valve body of hydraulic pressure system and air pressure system etc. X-axis and Y-axis adopt optical grade ruler. The working fluid is pure water or tap water. It can process from slant face or curved of work piece. The largest ratio between depth and diameter of hole can be over 200:1

The machine can also be used getting rid of aiguilles and screw tap breaking off in work piece and avoid damaging the original hole or screw hole.
