In order to accommodate competition of both work and study, more and more people get myopia,cyrtosis and crookback. Especially student, when they are reading, writing, using laptop, incorrect pose make more and more child unhealthy.
The scientists told, when people stand or sit in normal way, our neck can endure weight of head without problem. But, when the head forward every 1 inch, our neck should endure one more weight of a head. If the neck bears the extra weight for a long time, the neck muscle will be broken, our centrum will metamorphose and it will be oppressed. So, correct pose is very important indeed.
