High quality polyamide (nylon) ensures resistance to weather, ageing, corrosion and disintegration. It is used within the temperature range of -40�XC to +80�XC. Tough and spring material serves as vibration and noise insulation. It has good electric insulation effects, high level of tension strength and compression strength and it is considerably resistant to chemical influences. Strutting wall plug parts prevent rotation of the wall plug in a drilled hole. Deep teeth anchor the wall plug by friction connection in full building materials or by profile connection in soft and rough building materials. Front half of the wall plug has a solid section to intensify the expanding pressure in the screw drilling upto the end of the hole. The wall plug neck without the expanding pressure hinders plaster fall-out or tile damage.

Use:
?for all concrete and brick building materials starting with perforated bricks, porous concrete (gas concrete) and finishing with soft building materials
?for the fixing of all objects that are fixed by wood screws �V e.g. railings, bars, tubes, holders, steel structures, machines, distance constructions, etc.
?suitable especially for the fixing of suspension components by means of combines screws
Mounting procedure:
?maximum carrying capacity of nylon expanding wall plugs is achieved only with wood screws of the largest diameters and wood screws that overreach the wall plug point by a length corresponding with one wood screw diameter
?while applying into perforated and hollow shaped bricks the front half of the wall plug expanding part must be fully anchored at least into one of the supports of a shaped brick
