1. Description

The machine (with lumped loading device) is suitable for producing large length, compact ,bare Al/Cu wire, and ACSR, aluminum alloy wire and sector conductor.

2. Feature

l Bobbins are installed around the cages in equal four parts, it is easy to finish loading and unloading

l Adopts 36 steps capstan speed variety gear box, dual driven and dual capstan device. The splitting wheel is adopted natural wire splitted to avoid the wire scratching.

l The pay off tension is pneumatic control that can be adjusted by adjusting the valve. It can make sure the bobbin tension is equal from full to empty according to the length signal.

l There is special emergency stopping device that can control each bobbin. The whole line will stop when wire of any bobbin is broken.

l We can design pre-twist compacting device for Milliken conductor according to customer’s demands.
