EBS-6100P is an industrial single-head INK-JET printer designed for labeling objects moving on a factory conveyor without requiring direct contact. Systems for labeling stationary objects are also available. They are based on moving print-head technology, where the print-heads are controlled manually or automatically. Prints are produced with colored pigment-based inks. The feature that differentiates this printer from others is the fact that it does not need to be supplied from a compressed air system.
Printers on offer differ in maximum print height (MPH, the maximum height of a vertical row) which can be 16, 25 or 32 dots.

The printer can produce durable and legible prints on a variety of surfaces, including smooth, porous and also uneven materials of irregular shapes, such as cables, tubes, insulation sleeves, furs or extruded packing,
Non-contact print technology is applied to avoid problems when printing on curved surfaces (there is a significant distance of up to 30 mm between the print-head and object),
The process of printing is fully automated by the application of a photo-detector for detecting objects to be labelled and of an optional sensor for detecting travel rate of factory conveyors if the conveyors run at varying speeds,

Data can be transferred from a PC or external devices, such as automatic scales, data from a bar code reader or data from a database,
The printer��s operation is fully automated and supported by a monitoring system and gives a warning if operator intervention is required,
