The HF straight-seam weled pipe production line is designed to roll different sizes of steel strips continuously into tube blanks through roller and heat them up throught high¨Cfrequency induction or direct contract ,and then weld the tube blanks into straight-seam steel pipe.
?20 high-frequency welded pipe production line is designed to produce welded pipes of ¦µ6¡«¦µ20mm in diameter and 0.4¡«1.5mm in wall thickness as well as square and rectangular pipes and formed sections of the corresponding size. The products conform to BS/ASTM Standard. Adopting the advantages of the equipment of the same kind at home and abroad, each element of the production line is designed with new ideas. The application of PLC automatic control system and British Eurotherm digital speed regulating unit guarantee that the production line works reliably and operates and maintains easily.
