Single facer (Corrugated Paper Board Cardboard Carton Production Line) (KTSF)
1. Usage
The Single Facer corrugates medium, applies glue on flutes of medium, then presses medium with liner to form single-face corrugated cardboard.

2.9 Pressing rollers: External diameter 320mm. Use of 45# Steel. Manufactured through processes of tempering, coarse and fine turning, grinding, electroplating treatments.
2.10 Gluing roller: External diameter 255mm. Concave mesh pattern, surface electroplating treatments.
2.11 Doctor roller: External diameter 141mm. Use of 45# solid steel, manufactured through tempering, grinding, electroplating treatments.
2.12 Preheater: External diameter 400mm. Surface electroplating treatment.
2.13 Upper corrugating roller controlled by pneumatic cylinder (diameter 125*50*2), with manual fine tuning.
2.14 Pressing roller controlled by pneumatic cylinder (diameter 125*50*2), with manual and electric fine tuning, realizes effective control of pressing pressure.
2.15 Glue trough shifted by pneumatic cylinder, with manual and electric fine tuning, realizes effective control of gaps between lower corrugating roller, gluing roller and doctor roller.
2.16 Human-Machine-Interface: Automatic control of glue volume realized by PLC control, adjustment of gaps between pressing roller and corrugating roller through feedback of displacement sensors displayed on HMI.
2.17 Main driving motor uses independent gear box, 3-shaft driven, connected with universal joint. Low noise, low resonance, easy maintenance, improves efficiency and stability.
2.18 Glue roller¡¦s auto idle system, prevents drying up of glue during temporary production downtime.
2.19 Spraying device softens medium to ensure flute quality.
2.20 Auto adjustment of doctor roller by ball screw drive, according to preset web width.
