Automotive Interior Decoration and Car Light Use PUR (PUR-750¡BPUR-7520)
Automotive : PUR-750, used for car light (PP, PC, ABS, etc.), high tack, meet all kinds of high requirements, reach the level of similar first ¨Cclass products.
PUR-7520, mainly used for automotive interior parts and car roof, good adhesion strength and hand feeling.
Operation Method:
1¡¢Heat the PUR adhesive 40min at 110¡æ, coat the adhesive via gas or manual gun on the binded parts, the binding will be finished within 2 mins.
2¡¢The binded parts can be trimed 10 mins after binding.
3¡¢The trimed parts should be put into the next line after 24 hours placement at 23¡æ, 65% relative humidity.Test its properties after one week.
4¡¢The operation can be runed at the good ventilation places,the machine should be cleared by our company¡¯s clearance agent after the adhesive finished.
