RF Repeater (RFR) - CDMA / GSM / WCDMA: signal is relayed via radio frequency wave at the same frequency with BTS; it can be divided into 3 sub-categories:
Band-Selective RF Repeater: to amplify all signals in the whole band (bandwidth is customized);
Channel-Selective RF Repeater: to amplify only the signals transmitted in the customized 1 (2 or 4) channel;
Mini Repeater: to realize small in-building coverage with compact size.
Frequency Shift Repeater (FSR) - CDMA / GSM / WCDMA: signal is relayed via radio frequency wave at different frequency from BTS.
Fiber Optic Repeater (FOR) - CDMA / GSM / WCDMA: signal is relayed via fiber optic cable.
