1) ZLD5000 Series Cotton Spinning Spindle designed based on advanced foreign spindle structure and the situation of our county.Neck bearings are fixed,footstep bushes is composed of angular bearing and axial motionless bearing. The tine of the spindle adopt big arc,which has excellent high speed performance.The upper neck bearing and lower foot bearing are connected with a elastic centring sleeve.It good at absorbing shock and taking high load.
2) The upper neck bearing dia.6.8(7.8),the lower foot bearing dia.4.5.The least spindle dish diameter can reach to 18.5mms which is advantageous to enhance speed and reduce consumption.The max speed is 25000rpm.
3) The distance between neck and footstep bearing is 100mm,which enhanced the spindle rigidty at maximum.
