Type GW5 series improved disconnect switches ,the V-shape double strut horizontal rotary outdoor electric equipments applied to high-voltage AC circuit of three phrases and 50HZ are used for the load-free change over switching of high-voltage transmission lines as well as the electric isolation between the overhauling high-voltage busbars , circuit breakers and the under power high-voltage transmission lines.
The switches can be divided into three kinds i.e. unearthed, single-earthed and double-earthed according to whether they have earth switches or not . Types of earth switches : Type��and Type��. The mobile stability of Type��is as the same as that of the disconnect switches.
Major Features :
1.The contact finger that made of new materials of high strength , high conductivity and high flexibility clamps the contactor by its own elastic force so as to avoid the vicious circle of the contactor��s clamping force to decrease causes the contact resistance to increase which lead to aggravate heating of the contactor caused by the rusting ,annealing due to heating of the spring .
2.Fixed soft connection flow is used between the connector base and the connection terminal and the two ends of the terminal are covered by insulating housing so as to ensure the reliability of flow as well as the flexibility of rotating.
3.All-sealed bearing base and the bearing was coated by Molyb denum dioxide lithium base grease thereby guarantee the reliability of rotation over a long time .
4.When in 180 degrees transmission , the switch was equipped with simple and reliable mechanical drive system which take place of the complex gear box , and the system has a reliable operation and a superior anti-corrosion ability.
