Introduction:
TD Insulated Aluminum Ducts is developed specially for the air distribution in HVAC applications. Presently we have got two major categories of TD Pre-Insulated duct panel as PUR & PIR.
TD PUR Panel is a sandwich panel composed of a layer base from good fire retardant rigid polyurethane foam covering both sides with coated and epoxy aluminum foil. Polyurethane foam has a good chemically and thermally stability and aluminum foil guarantees sturdiness and withstand corrosion in long-term use. TD PUR Panel is approved by third party in Australia as per testing standard AS/NZS 1530.3-1999. We are manufacturing based on it. The general standard as below
