Test Bench To Detect Hysteresis on Clutch Disc Assembly (ZL-CNZ430LSJT2)
* It mainly consists of basic machine , pneumatic-to-hydraulic system, measuring system and servo control system.
* During the test, to measure, display, and record accurately the characteristic curve at each grade damper and pre-damper.
* Adopting pneumatic-to-hydraulic cylinder (main damper position) and air cylinder (pre-damper) up working table loading to press out disc assembly, and that amount of clamp load can be obtained separately by two load cells, change from workpice plate hub rotate angle can be measured by photoelectricity encoder. Adopting torque servo motor under working table can apply positive or negative torque to disc assembly, and that torque transducer is used to test torque value.
* Measured angle can rotate together with plate hub for avoiding effect between spline clearance.
* Set upper limit and down limit of torque and torsional angle.
* Precise guide loading mechanism.
* Pre-torsion times can be set.
* Torsional speed can be set.
* Windows operation system, data base function, high accuracy measuring card.
* All measuring results can be stored for query, and its curve displayed on the screen. The two measuring curves from main damper and pre-damper can be measured separately and that display them in same interface, then to print on A4 paper if need.
