Application :
This machine ,if equipped with different extrusion heads, is used to extrude hose,tube, wire and cable ,etc. which have high density, supprior gas proofness and accurate geometry dimension.
Structure feature
1. feeding mathod adopts feed roll
2. screw type is maillefer-type structure, screw material is made of nitrided steel 38CrMoAlA, surface hardned by nitriding ,nitriding depth 0.5-0.7mm, and surface hardness 900HV
3. Extrusion barrel is drilled for water-cooling and heating , and is made of nitrided steel 38CrMoAlA in the bore surface hardened by nitriding , nitriding depth 0.5-0.7mm, and surface hardness approx.950HV
4. temperature control unit(TCU) controls the temperature of barrel sections and screw
5. this machine is driven by A.C.motor with inverter or D.C. motor
