N-methylpyrrolidone (NMP) is an organic solvent, one of the main materials of lithium-ion battery production, is a high value material. Process and working principle:
The gas containing NMP go through the coating machine exhaust fan, then enter into supply and return air heat exchanger of recycling machine. Lower the temperature before entering the secondary heat exchanger cooling recovery, and then enter the third heat exchanger cooling recovery, recovered by the third heat exchanger and then enter into the recycling collection for enrichment, after concentrated then return to the previous heat exchanger for efficient condensate recovery. Regeneration recycling round absorption capacity at high temperature, so that units can be continuous and stable manner.
