Production process:
1) Know about your ideas or receive your drafts, design the artwork for your confirmation within one day.
2) After getting your agreement, then making the badge mold immediately, it should take 5-7 days for usual products.
3) Die-casting. Put the mould on the pressure-table machine, then imprint the patterns on the badge’s materials.
4) Punching. According to their shape, punch them down, then come out a initially badge.
5) Polishing. Put them into the polishing machine so that can remove the burr, at the same time improve the finish.
6) Welding the accessories. The back of the badges will be soldered with the standard accessories as customer’s requirements.
7) Plating and color the badges. Badges can be plating for gold, silver, nickel, copper and the like, just according to your request, as well as color the items.
8) Package. There are upmarket and general package for your option, however, your different package is available.
