Cnc table Cutting Machine (1999012)
1. Portal frame
Our Table Cutting Machine is composed of a beam and two longitudinal frames. The portal frame is composed of a driving frame and a beam. The beam adopts a square and hollow form, which is of high intensity and rigidity because it undergoes stress-relieve tempering treatment. A drag chain is applied on both the longitudinal and transverse driving devices.
The longitudinal and transverse guide rail adopts a high precision straight rail, which is strictly attached to the steel frame.
The longitudinal and transverse driving system is on the lower side of the driving frame for stable and reliable transmission.
2. Machine driving
Our Table Cutting Machine is driven by a Panasonic servo motor driving system. Both the longitudinal and transverse driving devices are composed of a gear box and accurate gear track. The gap between final gear and gear track is automatically eliminated to ensure higher accuracy and continuous running. We also adopt a Japanese SHIMPO decelerator (the decelerator and motor are installed as one) on the X and Y axis. The decelerator operates with low noise levels.
A superior lifting regulation device is used for this platform machine. It is driven by a reducer motor to control the cutting torch. Additionally, we incorporate a bicylindrical straight guide rail for our guiding pole, which ensures the cutting accuracy of the whole machine.

Our QL series products attaches great importance to the technical servo system and logical control system. Therefore, we use the Panasonic alternating current servo driver and motor for stable and accurate performance.
Major functions and characteristics of Panasonic AC servo system:
1. It uses special Panasonic arithmetic which doubles the response of speed frequency to reach 500 HZ and decreases the locating time by a quarter of the former machines.
