1.Product description: 

produced out of fresh material, without pesticide residue and foreign material, out of variety  and of uniform ripeness, washed, blanched and cut in heads with diameter and lenght of 20 to 40 mm (the narrowest  and widest head diameter have to be in range 20/40). Finally the Broccoli are individually quick frozen by -18C minimum, without  lumps or snow.

 

2.Product characteristic: 

Appearance of raw material: uniform size and colour, regular cut, green or dark green colour,compact florets  

Appearance after cooking: green to dark green colour, uniform size

Taste:  typical of the broccoli

Consistency:  firm, not soft

Smell:  fresh like cabbage

 

3.Size:

 the head diameter must be according calibre 20 to 40 mm , 30-50mm or 40-60mm, round  measured

 

4.Storage : by -18C or lower

 

5.Shelf life: 24 months from date of manufacture/packing
