This extrusion line is mainly used for PPR, HDPE pipe extruding, only by changing the raw material.

Components of the extrusion line and the advantages
This line consists of a single screw extruder, a vacuum calibration, a water-spraying cooling tank, a set of hauling off machine, a set of cutting machine, a set of stacker or coiler
1.Single screw extruder applies famous A/C Omron frequency conversion speed regulation device. Both vacuum pump and driving motor apply famous brand. Using specially designed high plasticization bimetallic screw, surface is nitrided. The screw barrel is heated by the cast-aluminum heating circles. The extruder adopts the most famous hardening teeth surface, low noise gearbox reducer made in Jiangsu Province, Jiangyin brand. So high output capacity and long using life extruder is assured.
2.Uses RKC thermocontrollers, Omoron frequency converter from Japan to control the whole line, automatically operating.
3.High precise extrusion die head can guarantee the high quality of the product. The vacuum calibrating sleeve is made of high-degree bronze and has good quality. The cooling tank is made of excellent stainless steel and has a good cooling and forming effect to the product.
4. The haul-off unit adopts the caterpillar mode, including two-claw type, three-claw type, four-claw type, six-claw type, eight-claw type, ten-claw type, twelve-claw type etc. It applies the Omron frequency converter-high precise, and a very stable and uniformed traction speed.
5. Non-bits cutting machine, saw blade cutting machine or planetary cutting machine can be applied, the property of machine group is reliable, the production efficiency is high. With special device, it can produce inner wall spiral pipe, inner wall hollow pipe, and core layer foam pipe, it can also produce PP,PE,ABS, PPR,PEX, silicon core pipe etc.
The planetary cutting machine is controlled automatically with computer,(PLC control system) it has advantages of simple operation, reliable performance etc. It has reached international advanced level.
6. The main electrical components are imported brands, like the Omron, Schneider, Simens, etc. The electrical conditions can be 3 phase, 380V,50HZ, or optional.
