Operational characteristic of oilfield pumping unit consumes large amount of power. When pump apparatus is assembled well with a certain stroke length and the piston diameter, and frequency also has been completely fixed, so the working capacity of oilfield pumping unit becomes constant. For the change of load in oil well, the fixed capacity of oilfield pumping unit could not be in response to changing load in the process of operation, leading to excessive working capacity.
