Product Feature
Filters

SWIFT Filter Elements are made from flat or crimped knitted meshes in accordance with custom design size and application specifications, to maximize the customers engineering requirements.
They can be spirally wound providing self-supporting or supported elements in metal framework.

They are utilized extensively in:

-Hot and polluted gas filtration.
-Air filtration for compressors, and refrigeration.
-Fuel or metal liquid filtration for automotive injection lines
-Grease elimination for catering
-Filters for kettle, entrapping fur and sauve containers
-Lint traps for washing/drying machines.

Product Specifications
  • Applied in heavy duty air cooling compressors
  • The filters are made from flat or crimped SWIFT knitted mesh and can be designed and constructed in accordance with specifications, providing the best solution when filtration is required.
  • In low pressure die-casting systems, SWIFT knitted mesh filters produced with AISI grade 304 fine wires, can be adapted for sprue diameters, providing great qualitative advantages in precision aluminum/magnesium die cast wheels and other castings.
  • The molten metal entering the die casting at high temperature needs to be purified. The solution is the SWIFT entrapment filter, which eliminates dross and other impurities, before the molten raw material reaches the mould cavity.
  • Why do you need SWIFT auto wheel filters?
  • -All aluminum foundries producing precision die-castings are painfully aware of the problems associated with the presence of particles of oxide in otherwise perfect castings. When the castings are highly stressed components, such as road wheels- MAG wheels for cars/light trucks, the presence of any oxide or dross will cause stress points possibly leading to the disintegration of the wheel.
