 Product Feature | | GFM powder filler is a new product developed and designed by our factory in combination with the characteristic of actual filling with reference to the advantages of its counterparts at home and abroad. Powder is rapidly absorbed into the cylinder to be filled by vacuum jet current. It is equipped with T3806 weight display of high precision and MP-T printer. The filling is automatic and quantitative. The residual dust on the filter is cleared by use of the negative pressure produced by vacuum. As it integrates electronics, electrical device and machinery into one entity, labor intensity is lowered and work environment improved. It is characterized by small volume, light weight, lower energy consumption, easy movement, simple operation and longer service life. 1. Automatic control whole procedure:
Sucking powder from warehouse or other fire extinguisher, automatic filling, stop and cleaning of filter.
2. Accuracy:
The filler is equipped with T3806 electronic scale of great precision, constituting the controller with electric elements. Whether you fill a small cylinder of 0.5 kg or a big extinguisher of 35 kg, all you have to do is just to set up the weight to be filled on the electronic scale. When the set-up weight is filled, the machine will stop of itself
3. Quickness:
Filling speed: Only 25-30 seconds are needed for filling a fire extinguisher of 4 kg and 45-50 seconds for 8 kg. As only three seconds are necessary for replacing the vessel to be filled, 110 extinguishers of 4 kg or 70 extinguishers of 8 kg can be filled in one hour
4. Economy
As powder is stored in the warehouse; you need to connect the powder suction pipe to the powder source. Powder is not to be moved repeatedly for filling, thereby reducing the waste. Only one worker is needed for filling, thus saving a lot of manpower and reducing expenditure with improved economic returns.
5. Automatic Cleaning
The filler functions to clean automatically. It will clean once after filling one extinguisher without the use of manual cleaning filter. An automatic switch for cleaning is fixed separately. For cleaning you have to press the button only and the filler will clean thoroughly of itself.
6. Pollution-free
The filler is placed in the filling shop while the powder is stored in the warehouse, separating the powder source from the workshop and completely avoiding the pollution by dust. Using the filler, powder can be smoothly filled into the fire extinguisher.
