 | Product Feature | | It ropes and ties the trailing edge of the film to secure it to the pallet by wire. Upon completion of the cycle, the load can be removed from the platform. A new load is then indexed by activating the infeed conveyor via the remote cord. No more loose film ropes will come loose, hang down, or snag. The stretch wrapper offers PLC controls, self diagnostics, photo-electric height sensing and more.
The second roller is powered to achieve higher stretch forces. In addition the film tension to the load can be reduced to a minimum, making even unstable and low weight packages easy to stretch. The pre-stretch system can achieve 300% or more on the load, the neck down is 15% only. 1m reel yields approx. 4.4m film on the load. |
