 Product Feature | Artler pearl nucleus are manufactured from high quality Mississippi and Chinese freshwater shell with advanced Japanese manufacturing equipment and technologies combined with Chinese traditional craftwork.
We offer 4 types of nuclei: White nuclei (WH), Brown-stripe Nuclei (BR), MOP nuclei and Bio-coated nuclei. According to the origin of shell materials, we classify white nuclei to American shell white nuclei (US-WH) and Chinese shell white nuclei (CN-WH). We grade white nuclei to Aa??Ba??C grade by the exterior veins, color, light spot of nuclei. Brown stripe nuclei are in A,B and C grade according to the shell types and parts used in production. Also MOP nuclei are graded into A and B grade according to their color and other factors.
Artler nucleus made from selected shells and through a series of manufacturing procedures including cutting, rough grinding, further grinding, polishing, selection, etc., the quality nuclei will be ready for sale by grade and size after grading and safe chemical treatment. The size of our nuclei is from 1.8 to 6.6bu, the bio-coated nuclei are usually from 1.9 to 2.8bu.
