Product Feature
?After phase advanced the power factor of winding asynchronous AC motors can be raised above 0.96,and the reactive power dropped more than 60%t;
?The stator current of asynchronous motor can be reduced about 15 %,saving copper consumption,line loss of 20-30%,and significantly reduce the temperature rise of the stator so as to improve the life of motors;
?Improve the overload capacity of the load(such as mill) and motor efficiency;
?Short-circuit,overload protection are setup and also the automatic conversion of phase and phase-off. Installation,debugging and maintenance will not affect the normal production (except for exchange contacts, KM3);
?It overcomes the shortcomings of circulation of similar products, own temperature is low and it is highly reliable.
