Product Specifications
Applicable to the soft start and speed devices of the three-phase 50 Hz, rated voltage 380V-12KV large and medium-sized winding asynchronous motor dragging fan, mill,pumps and other equipments .Winding-asynchronous motor connects appropriate resistance in rotor circuit at the start to reduce the start current and raise the torque,changes the current value in rotor circuit to a certain extent during running,adjust the speed within a certain scope,make the biggest torque unchanged and the input power with the speed dropped down.
Liquid resistance starter is designed according to above features of winding asynchronous motor and applicable to electronic control equipment with the function of soft start and speed regulation.The device consists of adjustable liquid resistance,resistance liquid cooling system and electronic control system. It can be loaded by the blower fans,pumps,according to P £\ N relations (P means the output shaft power,N means speed),and change the motor speed by changing the resistance value of the liquid resistance connected to the motor rotor in series to regulate the speed and save energy. To mill type motor in metallurgical industry,it can enhance the low-speed torque motor by changing the water resistance, and ensure the smooth operation of equipment.
The device”¦s starting current is small,start current Iq ”Ų 1.3 Ie (rated current), and it has small impulse to power grids , electrical and mechanical equipment,can start continuously,start-up success rate is 100 %.
