Description:
☆ This serial equipment can be applied to the flat printing of all kinds of materials such as key pads, instrument, detailed circuit, trademark, wall painting.
☆ The machine control system employs the Japanese brand ?AIS?micro-computer controlled PLC. Through the screen displayer, the machine's working condition can be clearly seen at any time. What's more, the machine has 20-grouped modes setting, which can convert the printing functions in a short time.
☆ The platform is made of airline-used Aluminum alloy plate and its inside is fitted with light honey comb structure. The flat platform possesses the adjustable vacuum adsorption system and re-adsorption functions, which effectively enhances the printing positioning accuracy.
☆ Flood coating and platform movements are respectively driven by AC motors, controlled by frequency conversion and are fitted with highly accurate German Rexroth ball way, which makes more stable and reliable functioning.
☆ The webs can be assembled and disassembled from the front side. It has the X/Y/Z axes which can be used for accurate adjustment and has the digital position displayer. It is equipped with pneumatic web clamping setting, air-cushioned-styled synchronic away-from-the-web setting that the height away from the web can be adjusted as one likes or you can choose the status of its leaving the web or not.
☆ The table sliding platform is fitted with synchronic vertical running and positioning structure for printing, which makes the positioning and the putting and picking-up of the printing material more convenient and safe. In the two separate vertical movements, printing runs the short way, while the web-rubbing runs the long way.

☆ Mixed with European design on the foundation of SEK-A serial design, the SEK-AA serial is equipped with slantingly-installed scrapers and scraper anti-ink-leakage setting. In addition, it is also fitted with the automatic structure and it can be connected with the dried lines and turns out to be the 3/4 automatic production line.
